Match Announcement
We get the announcement of Aleister Black vs. Andrade Almas for TakeOver. Almas says he’ll make Black believe in Cien. It’s a bit of a bizarre turn of events since last June, when Almas was the heavily-hyped debut for TakeOver: The End. Now, he’s on the other side of things, and will do the job.
Tye Dillinger, No Way Jose and Roderick Strong vs. SAnitY
Result: Tye Dillinger, No Way Jose and Roderick Strong vs. SAnitY ends in a referee’s stoppage.
Rating: 2.5 out of 5 stars
The match went right into a brawl, not even having the bell ring. Strong and Killian Dain would go head-to-head to start things off, before the tags began.
Nothing out of the ordinary to start this match, and into the second part of it. This was your standard six-man tag of tags going in and out with everyone getting their turn.
This was one of Dain’s best showcases since joining SAnitY. The build for him becoming a member was intriguing, but he’s stepped into the background since. It may be for the best, before his eventual breakout.
Strong had a nice run toward the chaotic stages of this match. He lit up everyone with backbreakers and even had the crowd behind him, something he’s struggled to do.

Once the match went into shambles, the referee stopped it. Things continued, however in and out of the ring. Nikki Cross eventually joined the fray, until a woman appeared out of nowhere and took her out. That woman, even though commentary didn’t say it, was Heidi Lovelace. She’s going under the name of Ruby Riot, something that should be elaborated on next week.
