1. Randy Orton and Bray Wyatt Main Event WrestleMania 33

Since the Royal Rumble, WWE has said that the winner of the match main events Wrestlemania 33. This was said repeatedly after Randy Orton won and when Bray Wyatt captured the WWE Championship at Elimination Chamber. It even carried into March. However, don’t expect WWE to hold true to what they’ve said.

Brock Lesnar vs. Goldberg seems like the “money” match WWE would put in the main event. It’s the two mainstream stars that have connections to the UFC, football and other non-WWE avenues that the company could crave. It brings in fans from other sports and draws them in for the whole show — if they have to wait until the end of the night.

Orton and Wyatt, even though they are full-time stars competing for WWE’s top prize, they are likely one tier lower. The everyday wrestling fan may want to see them headline, but WWE may make the business decision here. Then a potential rematch could be saved for the next SmackDown Live PPV main event.
