Highlights of the Division
Bray Wyatt looked really good in his main event match-up against his former brother Luke Harper. Dispatching the former Wyatt family member very quickly bodes well in his title defence against the Viper at WrestleMania. Bray Wyatt hasn’t won a match at the biggest pay per view event of the year and is in need of a signature win to cement his growing legacy as a main event talent.
Randy Orton has been in this position before in challenging for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania and he’s clearly the favorite to walk out with the title this coming Sunday. Not only does he have the experience but also the momentum as well. Since burning down the Wyatt compound—The Eater of Worlds has had a hard time exacting his revenge at the same magnitude the Viper dished out. But the psychological games are over, it’s time for Randy Orton to deliver the goods and finish the job.
Shane McMahon shouldn’t be mentioned in the same vicinity as AJ Styles. It’s disrespectful that the Phenomenal One will have a match with a guy who’s known to be a crash dummy in WWE’s most brutal matches. AJ should have no issues taking care of Shane McMahon this Sunday and re-positioning himself as a viable contender to the WWE Championship. On the latest episode of Talking Smack—AJ Styles told Daniel Bryan that he’s still owed a one on one rematch for the WWE title, so we’ll see if receives it after this Sunday.
John Cena roasted the Miz on SmackDown Live and will present him with a loss at WrestleMania 33. Their mixed tag team match won’t be as competitive as their verbal tirades and Cena will walk away from WrestleMania as the winner once again.
These are the rankings for the division this week.

- No.1 Contender: Randy Orton (6 Wins – 3 Losses)
- Contender No. 2: John Cena (5 Wins – 4 Losses)
