Bray Wyatt & Samoa Joe vs. Seth Rollins & Roman Reigns
Result: Bray Wyatt & Samoa Joe defeated Seth Rollins & Roman Reigns via submission
Rating: 3.5 out of 5 stars
Corey Graves wins Broadcaster of the Year for saving the sound guy. Claiming it’s Wyatt playing mind games on both Rollins/Reigns and Joe? Brilliant. He’s definitely the best announcer in WWE right now, in my humble opinion.

You know, for all the mention of Rollins and Reigns being in The Shield together and being tag team partners, I don’t think I heard a single mention of the fact that they were Tag Team Champions together. For a while, too. Maybe I missed it, since I do occasionally tune out commentary. But I feel like that’s a big thing to point out, no?
The main event was the best match of the night, but not by much. All night, most of the matches were in that solid range of “pretty good but not spectacular,” so there wasn’t a wide range to select from. The chemistry between Samoa Joe and Bray Wyatt – who earlier in the evening were nowhere near the same page – was impressive.
In fact, the way Joe and Wyatt worked together made the inevitable dissension between Reigns and Rollins that much more apparent. In fairness, it was an honest mistake, and Seth overreacted. But one little opening is all it takes, and Wyatt and Joe were able to capitalize.
Following the match, Finn Balor caught up to Kurt Angle watching the show on The Brian Kendrick’s television. Balor requested a match against someone, but Angle denied the request. Instead, the Raw GM made a double main event for next week – Balor vs. Joe vs. Wyatt in a triple threat match, and Rollins vs. Reigns. What a way to lead into Extreme Rules!
