1. Bray Wyatt Emerges as the No. 1 contender

Everyone is focused on Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins and Finn Balor, but Bray Wyatt is the man who will emerge victorious in the Fatal-5 Way. As noted last week, Wyatt would be the perfect opponent for Brock Lesnar at Great Balls of Fire.

First to consider is the potential of a Wyatt-Lesnar feud. It would allow for creativity on the microphone from both Wyatt and Paul Heyman, who will be gearing up his Beast to take on The Eater of Worlds.

Lesnar is unlikely to lose the title before SummerSlam, so pitting The Beast up against Reigns, Rollins or Balor would be somewhat of a waste, as all three opponents could headline one of the big four pay-per-views with Lesnar. That’s not to discredit Wyatt, who has proven time and again his character can remain intact despite suffering a loss in a marquee match.

Wyatt is not only a believable opponent for Lesnar, but also one who can put together an entertaining program, but ultimately lose to The Beast and come away unharmed.
