1. Triple H

Who else would it be besides Hunter Hearst Helmsley? Despite focusing on being a “creator” backstage for NXT, Triple H still makes sure he is in the spotlight once WrestleMania season comes around.

It is starting to become a tradition where Triple H is almost guaranteed to have a marquee WrestleMania feud every single year, and I don’t think Triple H’s ego would allow himself to pass up on the opportunity to face McGregor at WrestleMania 34.

Trips is always focused on doing what is “best for business”, and he could make an argument that being Conor’s opponent at ‘Mania would be the right move. He is a popular name from the Attitude Era that WWE does not even have to go out of their way to recruit or pay big money to.

Triple H has also proven to be a safe worker, and his presence could help sway McGregor to sign a deal. In fact, Triple H successfully worked with Brock Lesnar on multiple occasions where Lesnar used a more UFC oriented style in the ring.

Triple H is confident in his popularity and usually throws himself into the role when a big match is needed for a Superstar. Just look at the past three WrestleManias. Sting, Reigns, and Rollins were all capable of putting on great matches, but the addition of Triple H is what, in his mind, made the match “big.”

If the rumors are true and McGregor is slated to appear at WrestleMania 34 for a big match, it will be a spectacle regardless of who he faces. Whether it is with Triple H or Enzo Amore, we can always count on McGregor for some great entertainment.
