2. Samoa Joe
Samoa Joe is Raw’s equivalent of Kevin Owens on Tuesday nights. They are both big men who are capable of tearing through the rest of the roster. They both have many years of indie experience under their belts. There is one more common attribute that sets them apart though. They both are exceptionally good at playing the crowd with their promos.

Joe wasted little time addressing the crowd. He played them with his words nicely before moving on to better things. What is something that Joe does better than trash talking? If you guessed beating up someone while taking trash to them, then you’re right. That is exactly what he did to Apollo Crews, who was looking to make a name for himself. Joe took him down piece by piece and ended the misery with a coquina clutch.
He would then proceed to do the same to Titus O’Neil as well. Typical heel stuff. But the best part about all of this was that Joe showed zero ring rust. It didn’t matter how long he has been away from the ring, it was all business from the moment the bell rung. Joe is the kind of wrestler who can pick things up right from where he left off, even after an extended hiatus. Raw might have gained a huge advantage over SmackDown Live with the return of Samoa Joe. If I were Kurt Angle, I would have been smiling at the sight of Joe dominating Crews.
