WWE: Get Ready For Triple H Vs. Jinder Mahal In India
Jinder Mahal recently dropped the WWE Championship to AJ Styles in the United Kingdom on an episode of SmackDown Live in Manchester, England, but that doesn’t eliminate the chances of him winning it back. But regardless of whether or not he’s champion, Mahal has a big match scheduled next month against Triple H.
During the fall, Triple H has been active in live events, wrestling in countries like Chile, Portugal, and the United Kingdom. He even made people lose their minds when he joined the Shield and appeared at an ICW event. “The Game” is having as much fun as ever, but the fun and games end next month when he takes on Jinder Mahal in India.
Last night, Triple H made a short video on Twitter in which he asked fans if they wanted to see him take on Mahal in New Delhi, India on December 9. Mahal responded on Twitter with a reply of his own, accepting The Cerebral Assassin’s challenge and adding that this wouldn’t just be the biggest match in India’s history, it would also be the biggest match of his career (even bigger than his matches for the WWE Championship).
Needless to say, this match is happening, and it should be an entertaining one for the fans live in attendance. The assumption has been that Mahal will work as a babyface in India, and he could have honestly been a more convincing babyface in America, given that the heel material he was handed seemed outdated.
Mahal is well-liked in India, and he will do a great job of connecting with the crowd since he won’t be given strange promo material. He should also put on a great match with Triple H, considering his recent match with AJ Styles for the WWE Championship in England was quite good.

We’ll see if there’s more to come following these tweets. Since Triple H is unlikely to need to be in a match for the title for this to be a big deal, it looks like the WWE Championship will be staying on AJ Styles for the long haul.
