4. Paige inserts herself into the mix

As we know, Paige has been cleared to compete a while back. While many of the fans wanted her to move to SmackDown Live it was reported that Paige will be a part of , Raw. Obviously, this led to speculations that Paige would be the fifth member of Team Raw. But as we found out this past week, that never came into fruition. Bayley went on to win a triple threat match to determine the fifth member and now she has officially joined Team Raw.

So where does that leave Paige? There have been rumors that officials backstage were not happy with Paige posting a picture with Alicia Fox on instagram. That has been pointed out as a reason as to why creative went with Bayley as the fifth member. However, even before the said incident, the internet was flooded with images of Paige being spotted outside the arena. Moreover, it is not like she spoiled some big suspense build up, especially in these days of kayfabe.

As such, she could still be on the Survivor Series card. Either she could make her return by attacking Bayley during the PPV and taking her spot. Or even better, creative could actually move her to Team Blue. There is still one spot left there. Either way, Paige would be a participant in the Women’s elimination match. Bayley doesn’t really have much going for her anyway. This could further lead to a feud between Paige and Bayley and possibly between Paige and Sasha Banks later down the line.
