Cedric Alexander vs. Drew Gulak

With the whole Enzo fiasco that happened, the Cruiserweight Division is in complete disarray. It’s incredibly difficult to predict what will happen with the Cruiserweight Championship since the belt has been vacated.

Although, answers will become clearer shortly. 205 Live is finally going to have a General Manager, and that person will be announced on Tuesday’s episode. That General Manager will then make a decision regarding what to do with the Cruiserweight Championship.

With Cedric Alexander’s incredible matches lately and current ascent within the division, he would be an obvious candidate to compete for the vacated title. Also, he is still technically owed a title match after being named the number one contender to face Enzo at the Royal Rumble.

Who should be Cedric Alexander’s opponent? Well, I think there is no better choice than Drew Gulak. Gulak has been a steady form of entertainment for the division with his campaign for a better 205 Live and is one of the division’s most featured stars.

Also, the two still have some unsettled beef in their history. Gulak was upset that Alexander was granted a second chance at the number one contendership and felt that he should be number one contender. Instead, he had to face Alexander and lost that position.

Now, Drew Gulak may finally get his second chance, but I have a feeling that the result will be the same at Elimination Chamber.
