#2 TM-61
I’m so glad the boys from TM-61 are back on television. I feel like they’re a breath of fresh air in the NXT tag division, giving the audience a relatable duo of likable athletes amidst the other stronger tasting duos on the roster.
Camembert is what the Aussies are. After all, it’s a mild, creamy cheese that’s easy to get into even for people who don’t like to get experimental with cheese. Not to say that it’s unsophisticated: I’ve had my fair share of terrible camembert, despite its fabrication being followed to its minute details. All the opposite: when you come into contact with a great camembert, you have a tendency to remember it above many other comparable varieties. Because everyone loves a great camembert.

#1 SAnitY
Have you ever smelled Epoisses cheese? Not sure? If you’re not sure, then you’ve never smelled it. You’d remember.
It is the most pungent, briny, sour, eye-watering odor I have ever encountered. The funk of this cheese is so strong and unmerciful that people serve it with gloves or their fingers will smell like fermented milk for weeks. But then if you can overcome its turbulent bout of fragrances, Epoisses is superb. It’s soft, a little chewy, spicy and aromatic, even a little tangy. All these moving parts come together in one exceptional experience that constitutes “The King of Cheese.”

Not unlike how the disparate and disordered elements of SAnitY have positioned themselves as the #1 contenders for the NXT Tag Team championships.
