2. Asuka

When Asuka debuted on the main roster towards the end of 2017, the WWE’s women’s division was changed forever.  The Empress Of Tomorrow is unlike any women’s competitor the WWE has ever seen and has proven to be a huge commodity for Monday nights already.

It seemed likely she would win the first-ever all-women’s Royal Rumble match, but it was still awesome to see her make history.  Asuka will face either the Raw or SmackDown Women’s Champion at WrestleMania 34, but another factor is the emergence of Nia Jax as a threat to Asuka.

The two have had a pretty solid feud in recent weeks and will take part in a key match at Elimination Chamber.  If Jax defeats Asuka and ends her undefeated streak, she will be added to the championship match Asuka takes part in at WrestleMania.  While Jax deserves a marquee spot at WrestleMania, it doesn’t need to come courtesy of defeating Asuka.

The Empress Of Tomorrow needs to keep her undefeated streak intact and defeat Jax.  Asuka being undefeated is a major allure for her heading into the biggest pay-per-view of the year, so if she loses at Elimination Chamber, a lot of her appeal along with the match at WrestleMania’s appeal will be lost.

The undefeated Empress Of Tomorrow needs to remain unbeaten heading into potentially one of the biggest women’s matches in WWE history.
