4. Tension Continues Building Between Sasha Banks And Bayley

Two of the most important women’s competitors of the women’s evolution have been Sasha Banks and Bayley.  The two have blazed an impressive trail over the past few years whether it’s been in NXT or the main roster, but as of late, their friendship has been tested.

Both Banks and Bayley have been close friends on-screen for a couple years now, but that friendship has hit a rough patch lately with both women’s competitive natures butting heads.  It really started inside the Elimination Chamber a couple weeks ago when Banks didn’t take her friendship with Bayley seriously and was more worried about winning the match.

Since then, Bayley has reacted more defiantly than she usually does, including last week when she refused to let The Boss tag her in during their tag team match.  Last night continued their rough patch when Bayley took on Absolution’s Mandy Rose.  She defeated Rose, but would get attacked by Absolution after the match before Banks came to the rescue.

The Boss helped chase off Absolution and it appeared like her and Bayley would reunite as close friends again, but Bayley refused and walked off despite Banks helping her from getting attacked.  The tension between these two continues to build and the storyline developments that could take place over the next few weeks make this potential feud exciting.

The Hugger and The Boss could be set for a potential WrestleMania clash if the recent storyline developments continue over the next few weeks.
