1. Moose Gives Kongo Kong the Best Fight He’s Seen

After taking out Johnny Impact, Jimmy Jacobs sent his new monster after Moose.  Kongo Kong and Moose battled outside of the Impact Zone a few weeks ago but it was interrupted.  Jimmy Jacobs ended that match prematurely setting up this rematch.  Kong came out without his manager Jimmy Jacobs making fans wonder what’s going on.

The power struggle is apparent early in this match as someone looks to gain an advantage.  Kong takes the early control with a pair of shoulder blocks.  Moose fights back using his speed but can’t take Kong to the ground.  Kong uses the steps to go back on the offensive then follows up with a cannonball, smashing Moose.  The new monster of Impact continues his attack as the match goes back into the ring.

Moose just can’t find a way to maintain his control at any point in this match.  This definitely makes the first match feel like a preview.  Not having Jimmy Jacobs by his side hasn’t affected Kong too much.  Moose’s adrenaline gives him control but Kong has every defensive mechanism in the book.  Kong misses his huge splash and it’s Moose’s splash that finally takes the big man down.  Moose hits a spear on Kongo Kong and is able to defeat the new monster of Impact Wrestling.
