1. Undisputed Era

I’ve been waiting to talk about the Undisputed Era for this entire list. And yes, the entirety of the Undisputed Era is going on the list. Not just Adam Cole (baybay), or Roderick Strong, but the entirety of the faction. The Undisputed Era might be the most over faction in all of wrestling right now, and that includes NJPW’s Bullet Club and Los Ingobernables de Japon. Just listen to the average ovation for UE at an NXT Takeover.

Fans of NXT everywhere lose their collective mind whenever their theme hits, and even as supposed heels, they are so, so easy to root for. The best part is that each of them bring something to the table.

Adam Cole is, quite obviously, the biggest shoe-in for a future world champion. In fact, he might be the next guy WWE will groom to be the face of the company, if backstage reports of Vince McMahon loving Cole are to be true.

Kyle O’Reilly and a healthy Bobby Fish are one of the best tag teams in the world, and their work in ROH as ReDRagon is some of the best tag team wrestling since the turn of the millenium. Roderick Strong is a great midcard champion, or maybe even world champion someday, and is one of WWE’s best heels. The Undisputed Era are almost sure-fire megastars on the main roster, and it’s safe to say that they’ll be shocking a system near you, very, very soon.
