3. Chad Gable

I can’t really blame you if you took a moment to recall that catchphrase. Chad Gable hasn’t been on TV much and even when he is, he doesn’t talk as much as he used. Which is a mystery in its own right. Gable certainly has great in-ring skills and he has a lot more charisma than Jason Jordan. Hence, I wanna use this post to once again iterate that creative chose the wrong member of American Alpha as Angle’s son.

Gable and Ziggler have some kind of history to tap into. When Dolph was drafted to Raw, and was paired with McIntyre, after his initial feud with Titus Worldwide, Ziggler locked horns with Gable a couple of times. The former tag champion came up short due to the numbers game both times and paid dearly by enduring the Claymore to Zigzag finisher.

Now that Dolph is the IC champ, Gable can try to rekindle the program by challenging Ziggler. The matches would be great, as evident by Gable’s performance in singles matches. The fans will be willing to invest in a new rising babyface with as much charisma as Gable does and he will make the most of this opportunity for sure. As for the numbers game this time, isn’t a certain member of American Alpha cleared to compete and still waiting to get back to TV? Speaking of that, let me introduce Dolph’s next challenger.
