6. Fastlane 2016, Roman Reigns vs. Dean Ambrose vs. Brock Lesnar
After Triple H won the 2016 Royal Rumble, dethroning Roman Reigns as WWE champion in the process, the Big Dog would have to earn himself the right to challenge The Game at WrestleMania in a triple threat match with Brock Lesnar and Ambrose a little over a month before the event.
Ambrose and Reigns have always been dynamite in the ring together, and this match proved to be no exception. The crowd ate up their mini-reunions during the match-up and seeing the two men go at each other also earned a big pop from the crowd.
Lesnar played his part well here as well, though, he and Ambrose would go on to disappoint a month later at WrestleMania 32.
Reigns walked out the victor in this match, going on to defeat Triple H in one of the most infamous WrestleMania main events of all time to become WWE Champion.

5. Monday Night Raw Nov. 16, 2015, Roman Reigns vs. Cesaro
While it may not be as high profile as a lot of the matches on this list, Roman Reigns’ match with Cesaro on Raw in November 2015 is a forgotten gem that is definitely worth revisiting.
The match was a quarter-final match in the World Heavyweight Championship tournament and was easily the stand-out match of the whole thing.
Reigns and Cesaro have excellent chemistry in the ring, and they delivered an excellent, fast-paced, hard-hitting match-up that would have been worthy of a main-event slot on any PPV.
Reigns would go on to win the match, and the tournament, before Sheamus cashed in on him to steal him of his belt at Survivor Series.
The two men have met several times since that encounter and have put on equally as thrilling match-ups. Their encounter on Raw from the end of 2017 is also worth a watch.
