Raw Tag Title Match Ends in Double DQ

Mere weeks after losing the Intercontinental Championship to Seth Rollins at SummerSlam, The Zig Man bounced back when he and his muscle–Drew McIntyre–defeated The B-Team for the Raw Tag Team Championships on the September 3rd episode of Monday Night Raw.

However, the more titles change, the more things stay the same. Ziggler and McIntyre continued to feud with Rollins and Ambrose, especially after aligning themselves with Braun Strowman against The Shield. This past Monday, after some heavy persuasion against Acting GM Baron Corbin–threatening charges against him–Rollins and Ambrose got themselves a Raw Tag Team Title match for this Sunday.

We think this match is going to end in a DQ. Either The Revival – who were screwed out of their title match earlier this month – storm in and attack both teams, or Ziggler/McIntyre intentionally DQ themselves to save their titles. In the case of the former, it could lead to a Triple Threat Tag Team match somewhere down the line. In the case of the latter, maybe we get a Winners Take All Tag Team match with all the titles–including the Intercontinental and Tag Team Championships–on the line.

Either way, don’t expect either team to take a definitive, legitimate loss on Sunday.
