On this week’s episode of WWE Raw, The Shield will kick things off as they gear up for a trios match at Super Show-Down against Braun Strowman, Dolph Ziggler, and Drew McIntyre. What else is in store tonight?
Previously on WWE Raw, the Hell in a Cell fallout led to Baron Corbin granting himself a Universal Championship match in a gross abuse of power. Brock Lesnar was told his rematch for the Universal Championship would come at the next Saudi Arabia WWE show, Crown Jewel, against Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman. And Seth Rollins and Dolph Ziggler stole the show 24 hours after a vicious cell bump.
This week on Raw, The Revival will finally get their opportunity at the Raw Tag Team Championships, when they face Ziggler and Drew McIntyre. It was just three weeks ago when Dash and Dawson were moments away from facing The B-Team one more time with the titles on the line, and Ziggler and McIntyre launched a sneak attack that prevented The Revival from competing.
Of course, Dolph and Drew ended up replacing the Top Guys, and taking the titles for themselves. Now, the two-time NXT Tag Team Champions will try to get some revenge against their assailants — and take the titles, to boot. Can Dash and Dawson get some retribution? Or is the McIntyre/Ziggler duo too formidable to overcome?

There are two other scheduled matches on this week’s Raw in Denver, CO. First, Brie Bella will go one on one with Ruby Riott — or, at least as “one on one” as you can when the Riott Squad is involved. Riott, Liv Morgan, and Sarah Logan have focused their efforts towards both Brie and sister/partner Nikki of late, as a means to get to Raw Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey.
And Bobby Lashley will square up against Elias. Yes, again. But this time, MY MAN Bob Lashley has an ace up his sleeve — Lio Rush, his new manager. The Man of the Hour has proven himself as a mouthpiece, and his acrobatic display last week was impressive. But how will he fare with Lashley in the ring?
But to kick off this week’s episode, The Shield will be in full force. Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, and Seth Rollins have to be in some kind of mood, after everything Baron Corbin, Braun Strowman, and Ziggler and McIntyre have thrown their way. They’ll get their chance to push back as WWE Raw hits the airwaves tonight.
