WWE SmackDown Live: SmackDown 1000 Results, Review, and Analysis
Immediately we begin with a wonderful package of some of the best highlights SmackDown has had over the years, including my personal favorite, Stone Cold and Booker T in the supermarket. This really was a spectacular show, wasn’t it?
SmackDown 1000, or “SmackDown Live 1000” as R-Truth just put it, starts off with the performers marquis show with Carmella, Truth TV. It starts of with a, wait for it… DANCE BREAK. Truth’s first guest is… none other than former SmackDown GM and current Raw commissioner, Stephanie McMahon. It always warms my heart to see a performer singing along to their own music.
Stephanie is overjoyed that the vision she had as the very first GM of SmackDown has come to life (can you hear the sarcasm?). Out comes our current SmackDown commissioner, Shane McMahon. There has never been so much money in a SmackDown ring.
Shane gives his earnest thanks to the SmackDown crowd, and Stephanie verbally rolls her eyes. Stephanie thinks we’ve got to start off the show a little bigger, and that it will be, because here comes Mr. Chairman of the Board, Vince McMahon. HE IS DOWN TO DANCE BREAK. What a show already.
