3. Braun Strowman Needs One Clear Direction

The past several months for Braun Strowman have been as erratically-booked as any superstar has seen in the WWE this year.  The Monster Among Men has gone from a heel to a babyface to a heel to a babyface all in a matter of less than a year.

Strowman is back to being a babyface again, but a key loss at Crown Jewel to Brock Lesnar with the vacant Universal Championship at stake was just one more example in a long line of failed opportunities the WWE have blown in giving Strowman the title.  Acting GM Baron Corbin had a lot to do with the loss when he hit Strowman in the back with the title belt before the match started.

Understandably so, Strowman wanted revenge last night when he approached Corbin in the opening segment of the night.  Corbin got away, however, and that trend would continue throughout the night with Strowman looking for Corbin.  The problem with all of this is The Monster Among Men has been in so many mini feuds as of late that it’s hard to tell what he’s actually doing.

Issues with The Shield, Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre, Lesnar, and Corbin have all been present just in the last month and that’s way too much.  The WWE needs to give Strowman one clear direction, not five different directions.  Not to mention, it’s beyond time to let him break through the glass ceiling and win the big one.

The Monster Among Men deserves better, and the WWE needs to start giving him that, starting with a clear creative direction.
