1. Daniel Bryan’s attitude will get him removed from as co-captain of Team SmackDown.

I know; I’m as surprised as you are. Daniel Bryan has always been one of the most hard-working and humble performers in the WWE, which is why we were all taken aback a bit last week when he not only attacked Samoa Joe, but then turned on The Miz as well.

It’s not often someone makes Miz look like the good guy, but wow, Daniel Bryan is sure getting the job done.

Shane McMahon asserted that he chose Miz and Bryan as co-captains because even though the two hated each other, they brought out the best in each other, and that was best for Team SmackDown.

Shane has not been shy about how badly he wants Team SmackDown come out on top at Survivor Series, and he’ll likely do whatever it takes to ensure that. Bryan, on the other hand, seems like he won’t be entirely happy with the situation until things go more his way.

Wrapped up in all of this of course is also The Miz, who (dare I say) is actually taking everything in stride and handling himself very professionally. Miz is looking like the angel here, so if things continue to go sour for Team SmackDown again this week, Shane may be inclined to vote off the weakest link.

My guess is that a McMahon/Bryan altercation will happen face-to-face to begin the show, with Shane telling Bryan he’s jeopardizing the whole operation, and he just can’t have that this late in the game. I’m not sure how far WWE is planning on taking the Miz/Bryan, heel/face roll reversal here, but Daniel Bryan losing his place on SmackDown could be a sign of a full-swing heel turn for him.

Bonus points too if before Shane kicks Bryan off, Miz pleads a case for keeping Bryan on.
