WWE Royal Rumble 2019: Predicting The Women’s Final Four

Becky Lynch

Since Becky Lynch appears to be the favorite to win the Royal Rumble and main event WrestleMania against Ronda for the Raw Women’s Championship, it stands to reason that she’ll be among the final four remaining.

That said, Becky’s path to a Rumble win is difficult to book, beyond inserting herself into the match, because she isn’t “registered” as an entrant. No, she already has a match, and that will be against Asuka for the SmackDown Women’s Championship – the title she made prestigious.

Lynch is still expected to find her way in the Rumble somehow, some way, and it’s more likely for her to win the Rumble and face Ronda for the Raw Women’s Title than for, say, Ronda to win the Rumble after losing her title match to face Becky for the SmackDown Women’s Championship at ‘Mania 35.

However things shake up, I expect the incredibly popular Becky to be among the final four in the Women’s Rumble and take another step towards being WWE’s next top star. She certainly impressed John Cena a few weeks ago, and out of all the women on this PPV, Becky seems to be the one with the most to gain or lose.

More importantly, she’ll also be the woman who fans are cheering for the most. The live audience has always been incredibly behind Lynch, and they will blow the roof off of Chase Field screaming for her in the match’s final minutes. Becky was one of the stars of last year’s Rumble match, but she could win it all this year.
