5. Harper

This is a wild card pick if there ever was one. Ever since Rowan first joined forces with Daniel Bryan to create their very own Vegan Fan Club, fans have speculated that Harper will be joining them momentarily. The former Intercontinental Champion is currently out with a wrist injury that he had operated on back in November. As of now, there is no timetable for when Harper will return so it may be a long time before we see Harper share a ring with Bryan and Rowan again.

Although, it may be more than likely that we will see these two parties share a ring together by staring each other down from opposite sides of the ring. I don’t know about you, but Luke Harper does not strike me as a vegan of Bryan or Rowan’s ilk. He comes off as a pure, thick meat eater and if anyone is going to vanquish the virtually unstoppable Vegan Club, it is going to be a beef eating caveman like Harper. Plus, truth be told, seeing Harper against them rather than with them would make for a surprising development and an unpredictable ready made storyline we wouldn’t mind seeing in action.

Add to the fact that Bryan and Harper have great in-ring chemistry. They’ve only wrestled one-on-one on television on just a handful of occasions but whenever they have, it winds up being a memorable contest. Seeing them duplicate that kind of chemistry on the big stage would be fun to see. It may not be a match that screams “Mania worthy,” but in terms of storyline potential, it has a ready made program that is the stuff that Mania was made for.
