Impact World Tag Team Championship Full Metal Mayhem Match: The Lucha Bros (c) vs. LAX

In another rivalry dating back to Homecoming, LAX looks to recapture the tag belts against The Lucha Bros. The two duos have had countless classics already, only this time they will be surrounded by tables, ladders, chairs, stairs, chains, and any metal object you can think of.

Originally a feud surrounding Konnan’s allegiance, the rivalry has now become much more, with both teams attacking each other at every opportunity. For as personal as things have gotten, these teams have also continued to produce some of the best tag team matches in wrestling today.

I’m slightly terrified of this match, knowing how crazy all five guys are (yes Konnan, you’re included). I would be pretty shocked not to see Fenix absolutely die here, and it’ll be a miracle of everyone walks out uninjured.

With that being said, there’s no reason this can’t be that beautiful disaster of a car crash style matchup that we have been enjoying for years. In what should be a match of the year candidate, LAX will likely begin their fourth reign as Impact Tag Team Champions, defeating Pentagon and Fenix.
