WWE SmackDown: 3 possible partners for Ember Moon

Carmella might actually be the most likely candidate to work by Ember Moon’s side later tonight. In fact, they tagged together to take on Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville just two months ago.

Although, at the time, the match was overshadowed not only by Paige’s post-match challenge to Damandy to face her Kabuki Warriors – Asuka and Kairi Sane – in tag team competition the following week, but by the fact that the match itself only ran about two minutes before Mandy got the pinfall victory over Ember Moon.

Hopefully, tonight, if Carmella does wind up tagging with Ember again, their match lasts much, much longer. Or better yet, regardless of who Ember’s partner is, we’re keeping our fingers crossed that the match lasts more than two minutes. No reason for WWE to waste their signed talent in such short match-ups. Save the squash matches for local enhancement talent.

Anyway, with R-Truth riding solo on his quest to pin Drake Maverick, this freed Carmella up last night on Raw to compete in the Fatal Four Way number one contender’s match for a shot at the Raw Women’s Championship. If the new 24/7 Champion continues to ride solo dolo, then maybe she’ll also be free to offer Ms. Moon a helping hand tonight. If not, then there is another candidate available who’s had some free time on her hands.
