Roman Reigns vs. Daniel Bryan and Rowan (Handicap Match)

When Roman Reigns was almost murdered two weeks ago on SmackDown Live, many superstars were held culpable for such an obscene act.

Samoa Joe was originally on Reigns’ radar until he was seen assisting Reigns when the undisclosed murderer ran his/her car into Reigns last week on Raw.

Buddy Murphy was Reigns’ next target last week on SmackDown Live, since he was seen at the scene of the crime. Reigns slammed Murphy’s head against the wall backstage, and compelled him to blurt out the name of the murderer, whom Murphy identified as “Rowan.”

In defense of Rowan, Daniel Bryan retorted that anyone can threaten someone to say anything, and feels that Murphy lied and said whatever name came to his mind in order to prevent himself from getting strangled by Reigns.

In order to back up his claim, Bryan and Rowan bullied and tossed Murphy around backstage until he admitted that he lied about Rowan murdering Reigns.

Quite frankly, Murphy did admit that he lied about Rowan. Daniel Bryan thereby proved his claim that Rowan did not perform this depraved act, and vowed to Reigns that he will reveal the murderer next week.

Daniel Bryan also vowed to give the WWE a career-altering announcement a month ago, and that announcement never happened. Hence, it’s probably safe to take any of his forthcoming announcements with a grain of salt.

If Bryan is indeed reluctant to reveal anything to Reigns for the next few weeks, the WWE Universe could very well see a match between Reigns and Bryan and Rowan.

Considering that Reigns can’t trust anyone at the moment, he’s probably safer battling this tag team on his own.

The attempted murderer could be revealed during the match at Clash of Champions, and cost Reigns the victory. Thus, it is foreseeable that Bryan and Rowan will defeat Reigns, thanks to the numbers game.

Prediction: Daniel Bryan and Rowan

Drew McIntyre vs. Kevin Owens (King Of The Ring Finals)

The King of the Ring 16-Superstar Tournament has been announced to begin next week on Monday Night Raw, and has been rumored to culminate at Clash of Champions.

This tournament is focused on wrestling ability, and intends to determine the very best wrestler in that ring.

The eight announced Raw participants are: Ricochet, The Miz, Cedric Alexander, Drew McIntyre, Cesaro, Sami Zayn, Baron Corbin, and Samoa Joe.

The eight announced SmackDown Live participants are: Elias, Kevin Owens, Chad Gable, Andrade, Shelton Benjamin, Buddy Murphy, Ali, and Apollo Crews.

The best from Raw will most likely battle the best from SmackDown Live at Clash of Champions. From the looks of it, Drew McIntyre has the best chances of winning from Raw, and Kevin Owens has the best chances of winning from SmackDown.

Considering that Owens has been feuding with Elias, McIntyre, and Shane McMahon for months now, it is quite peculiar that Owens and McIntyre have never faced off on PPV.

If they face off in the finals, McIntyre should win because he’s a top star who: (1) performs impressively in matches, (2) cuts top-notch promos, (3) desperately needs a PPV win to maintain his main event status, (4) has to redeem himself from losing to Owens on SmackDown Live two weeks ago, and (5) most importantly, is very passionate about retelling his story and correcting his mistakes from his first menial run with the WWE in 2010.

Prediction: Drew McIntyre
