Both The Usos and Naomi have been absent from WWE television for a very long time now. It’s only a matter of time before they make their return. But, where?

Naomi and The Usos are all in a weird place in WWE right now.

All three of them haven’t had the best run on Monday Night Raw. In the case of Naomi, not at all.

The Usos have done the tag team division thing to death on both brands — especially when it comes to tag team titles.

The odds of Naomi being in any type championship picture this year (and maybe a little bit of next year) on Monday Night Raw or SmackDown is slim to none.

And I’m well aware that there are other reasons that have kept them on the sidelines. But, there isn’t much for either of them on either brand right now.

I wasn’t entirely surprised that neither of them were officially drafted in the 2019 WWE Draft. But, I just found it… ironic.

I think it’s created a unique opportunity for all them — if they’re allowed to do it, that is.

In my mind, the best place for all of them is NXT. Since going to NXT isn’t really looked at as a step down anymore, I don’t see a problem with it.

I never looked at it as a step down anyway. But, that’s just me.

Naomi would make a cool addition to the NXT women’s division.

More from NXT

It’s been years since she’s competed on the black and yellow brand, and I’m quite positive the NXT universe would welcome her back with open arms.

She needs to place to regroup herself, evolve her character, and add some new moves, finishers, and submissions to her move set.

NXT is the perfect place to do that. Especially with direct access to the performance center.

If she were allowed stay there until right before WrestleMania, that would great! Aww, snap! I’m getting excited!

It would do wonders for her. I can feel it! Just imagine the feuds we could get, the matches we could get!

Meanwhile, The Usos will be giving the tag team division of NXT a much-needed boost. WWE have developed a really bad habit of sucking the life out of each division just when it’s starting to rebound.

The tag team division has suffered the most though. NXT lost Heavy Machinery, The Viking Warriors, and The Street Profits. So, there’s a huge void that needs to be filled on that brand.

I don’t know a better way to fill that void than adding easily one of, if not, the best tag team in modern WWE history — outside The New Day, of course.

The last time The Usos were on the black and yellow brand was at least five years ago.

Just like with Naomi, I’m quite positive fans would be excited to have The Usos back in NXT.

Now there’s no way they can go back to NXT and leave NXT without feuding with The Undisputed Era. It has to happen! You’re not going to tell me that The Usos vs The Undisputed Era isn’t money!

The Usos’ energy and mic skills combined with The Undisputed Era’s dominance is worth at least 2-3 NXT TakeOver matches right there. Book it, WWE!

Hopefully, while they’re doing that, some other tag teams can add even more depth to that division than there currently is right now.

No matter what happens, we all want the best for all three of them. They can all use some fresh competition and neither Monday Night Raw or SmackDown ain’t it.

It’s time for a return!

Next. Crown Jewel is hurting the women's division. dark

It’s a whole different NXT now and Naomi & The Usos could add even more prestige and create even more history with the brand all at the same time.

Let’s all keep our fingers crossed. Not many are granted that type of move. So, let’s hope for the best.
