WWE TLC 2019: 3 Possible Opponents for U.S. Champion Rey Mysterio

1. Andrade

There is one superstar on the Raw roster who has been at the top for the mid card with continuous victories week after week, but has not yet received a United States Championship opportunity.

His name is Andrade, the arch nemesis of the current United States Champion Rey Mysterio.

When these two wrestle, it’s like heaven on Earth. No one has topped their chemistry inside that squared circle, and a match between them is exactly what the United States Championship needs. Indeed, these two have wrestled many times, but never in a high stake match with the championship on the line on a PPV, like WWE TLC 2019.

This title match could be a great opportunity for Andrade to not only win his first main roster singles title, but also for Mysterio to officially pass the torch to Andrade.

Indeed, Andrade has been performing at an astronomical level, but has had nothing to show for it.

This view may be a tad rabid, but WWE needs to push Andrade. The language barrier is a silly excuse to hinder his push. Shinsuke Nakamura is the Intercontinental Champion with Sami Zayn as his mouthpiece, Kabuki Warriors are the Women’s Tag Team Champions with no one as their mouthpiece, and Brock Lesnar is the WWE Champion with Paul Heyman as his mouthpiece.

Andrade can be United States Champion with Zelina Vega as his mouthpiece and further show why he is the future of the WWE.
