Bayley (c) vs. Carmella [SmackDown Women’s Championship]
Assuming Bayley retains the SmackDown Women’s Championship against Lacey Evans at WWE TLC 2019, her next challenger should be Carmella. While Bayley and Banks have been busy feuding with Evans, Carmella has been quite outspoken about how the SmackDown Women’s Division is being run. She had taken some shots at Sasha Banks on Twitter, pertaining to this.

Clearly, there’s enough soup to stir the pot, but why is Carmella taking shots at Bayley and Banks? Well, many may not recall this but Bayley and Carmella were the best of friends in NXT and were so close that they named themselves ‘Baymella.’
However, Bayley has never teamed up with Carmella since departing from NXT and seemed to have found a new best friend in Sasha Banks on the main roster. Maybe Carmella is jealous that she lost her best friend, Bayley, to ‘money-making’ Sasha Banks?
Banks has continually talked about how she is making so much money. Maybe Carmella is jealous that Banks is money and she’s not anymore?
There are many interesting angles they could take with this storyline, and this probably explains why Carmella assisted Charlotte Flair in fending off Bayley and Banks months back. Carmella would be very useful in this rivalry, if she were to draw a rift between Bayley and Banks.
Carmella is definitely capable of using a manipulative strategy to draw Bayley and Banks apart and play mind games with Bayley to throw her off her game and get an advantage in a championship match. If this match were to occur, Bayley should retain her championship against Carmella, but the damage towards Bayley and Banks’ friendship would have already been felt and could lead to a championship match between them at WrestleMania 36.

Becky Lynch (c) vs. Asuka (w/Kairi Sane) [Raw Women’s Championship]
Assuming Becky Lynch keeps her Raw Women’s Championship at WWE TLC 2019, her next challenger should be Asuka. Last year at Royal Rumble 2019, Lynch failed to win back the SmackDown Women’s Championship from Asuka.
This year should be her year to redeem herself and collect that ‘one last debt.’ It has been a long time coming and there’s no other way to book it than a Lynch retention.
Considering that Asuka made Lynch tap out last year in their championship match, Lynch should do the same to Asuka with her Dis-Arm-Her submission manuever. This victory should clear Lynch’s head on the road to WrestleMania 36, where she should face the end of her year-long championship reign against either Ronda Rousey or Shayna Baszler.
