WWE: Rey Mysterio wants Mask vs. Hair with Andrade for WrestleMania 36
We don’t know the next time Rey Mysterio vs. Andrade could happen, but if Rey had his way, he’d have it at WWE WrestleMania with a special gimmick attached.
Last Monday on Raw, Rey Mysterio and Andrade had an early Match of the Year candidate with the latter’s title on the line in a Ladder Match. El Idolo once again was able to check another win over the former WWE Champion into his W column, this time by retaining his belt.
The sheer spectacle of the contest – along with the aftermath of the bout immediately setting up Andrade’s next title opponent, Humberto Carrillo – seems to suggest that the long running feud between Andrade and Rey Mysterio is finally over, but The Leader of the 619 does not want it to end just yet.

In an interview with TV Insider, Mysterio said that he would love to continue his feud with Andrade. In fact, he already has a gimmick match in mind for a proposed WrestleMania 36 contest between them: he wants a Mask vs. Hair stipulation.
“I’m willing to put my mask on the line versus his hair for a WrestleMania moment,” the former World Heavyweight Champion explained. “Whatever the case might be, whoever ends up winning, I think it would be a huge stepping stone for either of us.”
The bulk of this feud has seen Andrade remove Mysterio’s mask time and time again merely to humiliate the future Hall of Famer, though Mysterio’s face was never seen on WWE TV. And Andrade himself, of course, has beautiful luscious hair. Clearly, that hair is prestigious enough to warrant the same stakes as a mask worn throughout several decades.
It doesn’t look like WWE has any plans to add such a stipulation to another Andrade vs. Mysterio match (for now) nor is it clear that these two will tango again sooner rather than later. But is a Mask vs. Hair match something that you would be interested in seeing, at WrestleMania no less?
