Jon Moxley def. PAC – Jan. 21

The main event for Chris Jericho’s Rock N Wrestling Rager at Sea Part Deux had monumental implications for everyone involved. Including the organizer of the cruise itself, none other than ‘Le Champion’.

PAC and a one-eyed Jon Moxley faced-off on a boat during the January 21st episode of Dynamite and worked a fantastic match.

Before the bell rang, Jericho made his way out and joined the AEW commentary team. If you haven’t watched this match, Jericho’s heel commentary makes it worth it alone.

Witty, snarky, villainous. You name it, Jericho exudes it all as he rubs elbows with Jim Ross and Excalibur.

This was inevitably going to be a Moxley win, partially due to the fact Jericho poked Moxley’s eye out with a spike at Bash at the Beach. Moxley had to beat PAC in order to get his hands on Jericho at Revolution, potentially grab a hold of the AEW World Championship, and get his revenge for almost losing an eye.

On PAC’s side, AEW had him simultaneously competing for a number one contender spot and torturing Michael Nakazawa in order to get a rematch out of Kenny Omega who’s a little too busy headlining the tag-team division with his drunken partner to care.

‘The Bastard’ is one of the best workers on the All Elite roster and he’ll be in the title picture once his rivalry with Omega comes to an end.
