Bobby Lashley

Honestly, any wrestler who uses the Spear as a signature or finishing move is made for the Elimination Chamber Pay Per View, as the likes of Goldberg and Edge can attest. Bobby Lashley vs. Brock Lesnar has been a dream match for many WWE fans ever since The Dominator joined the company after his years in TNA/Impact Wrestling.

We’ve still yet to see Lashley and Lesnar go at it, and I’d like for WWE to save this marquee matchup between accomplished pro wrestlers, mixed martial artists, and amateur wrestlers for a venue like SummerSlam.

In the meantime, seeing Lashley and Lesnar clash inside the Elimination Chamber as a tease to a future rivalry would be awesome. Lashley needs to be in a big match for fans to remember how good he is in the ring. His profile is said to have increased by being in the weird – but oft-viewed – storyline with Lana and Rusev. But now that Rusev is off television and the angle has gone silent, Lashley needs something else. Specifically, he needs something that showcases his skill set.

Watching Lashley spear people and smash them into the fencing of the Elimination Chamber would be awesome. Lesnar will retain no matter who is in there, but a good showing could boost Lashley this WrestleMania season.
