WWE Rumors: The Bella Twins and Jushin Liger to be inducted into Hall of Fame
The latest run of WWE rumors suggest that the next crop of Hall of Famers will arrive in the form of Jushin “Thunder” Liger and both Nikki and Brie Bella.
Earlier this year, WWE were able to confirm that both the nWo (represented by Hollywood Hulk Hogan, X-Pac, Kevin Nash and Scott Hall) and Batista will be inducted into the 2020 Hall of Fame class during the weekend of WrestleMania 36. The often reliable WrestleVotes offers new WWE rumors to report who could be revealed next, but the results may surprise you.
One is a world renowned competitor with several decades in the industry who has competed in practically every wrestling promotion there is to compete in. The other is a pair of Superstars who trailblazed through WWE’s women’s division ever since they back when they still carried the stigmas that came with the word “Divas.” All three retired in the past year or so.
They are, respectively, Jushin “Thunder” Liger and The Bella Twins.

This past January at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom, Liger had his final match and retired after 35 years in the business at the age of 55. The creator of The Shooting Star Press has offered his skills to the likes of New Japan, WCW, Ring of Honor, and even WWE having wrestled Tyler Breeze at the first ever NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn event.
The Bella Twins were standouts of the Divas Era of WWE, both having held reigns with the Divas Championship and Nikki’s being the longest reign ever with the title. Nikki also main evented the first (and so far, only) women’s exclusive WWE Pay-Per-View event, Evolution.
Both women were able to use wrestling as a launching pad to springboard into numerous different platforms within social media, winery, podcasting, reality television, fashion and beauty products. Both announced their retirements in March of 2019 and now, miraculously, both are pregnant.
WWE has yet to confirm either parties inductions, but we’ll provide updates as updates become available.
