Kenny Omega vs. Hangman Page

So, if Hangman Page and Kenny Omega aren’t AEW Tag Team Champions going into Double or Nothing, what are they doing? Well, trying to tear each other apart of course. After delivering one of the greatest tag team performances of all time at Revolution and defeating The Young Bucks to retain the AEW Tag Team Titles, there was some palpable tension after the match.

It looked like Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks might turn on Page, and then only moments later it looked like Page might turn on Kenny Omega. You’d be forgiven if you didn’t immediately notice because the subtlety was really what made these moments so special.

Omega and Page’s tenuous partnership is running out of time. I’m not sure Kenny Omega or Hangman Page will make the first move that sets off this implosion.

It feels like the actions of The Young Bucks will be the catalyst. Hangman Page, believing himself betrayed by his former friends, will also turn on Kenny Omega. Despite being a third wheel of sorts, and not wanting to go after Page, Omega will find himself without a choice in the matter. As tensions rise, it’ll culminate in this potential show-stealer, where “Cowboy Sh*t” will walk out on top.
