Darby Allin

As far as completely new, young wrestlers who All Elite Wrestling have introduced to mainstream audiences, Darby Allin already ranks among the most popular and it’s not even close.

Chris Jericho once compared Darby Allin to Jeff Hardy, mostly in regards to their similar daredevil ability, but the comparison is especially apropos when we consider just how over The Charismatic Enigma got so fast and early into his career.

Allin’s potential suddenly skyrocketed when AEW announced their TNT Championship. Allin is currently a part of the tournament, but even if he does not wind up becoming the first champion, his popularity is high enough that he is bound to be in the title picture moving forward.

In fact, we should not be sureprised if he’ll be deeply rooted in that picture as one of the most frequent stars revolving around that title as a challenger. Soon enough, he might when his first title in AEW.
