5.) Aleister Black

Speaking of Aleister Black, he will defeat Austin Theory on next week’s Raw to qualify for this year’s Men’s MITB Ladder Match. Just like Apollo Crews, Black can’t lose and his momentum will be on his side as usual because all he does is win.

His endless victories on Monday Night Raw left many to wonder if he will ever get a championship opportunity in the near future. Winning the MITB Briefcase would assist him in getting that championship opportunity and there’s no doubt he is a favorite to win it all.

4.) Buddy Murphy

Buddy Murphy will defeat Rey Mysterio on next week’s Raw to qualify for this year’s Men’s MITB Ladder Match. Although Mysterio has a valid reason for winning the MITB Briefcase (because it eluded his career), Murphy has a more important reason: to follow in Seth Rollins’ footsteps.

Remember when Corporate Kane helped Seth Rollins become Mr. MITB in 2014, thanks to the Authority’s orders? What if the Monday Night Messiah Seth Rollins helps his disciple, Buddy Murphy, become Mr. MITB in 2020?

With Rollins will being in a WWE Championship match with Drew McIntyre on the same night, it would be smart on Rollins’ part to help Murphy become Mr. MITB. It would be a clever insurance policy to protect Rollins from being cashed in on just in case he does dethrone Drew McIntyre and become WWE Champion.

To complete the prophecy of following in Seth Rollins’ footsteps, Murphy would have to cash in the MITB contract at WrestleMania 37 to force a triple threat match and become WWE Champion in what would be the heist of the millennium. On top of that, winning the MITB Briefcase in a match with Aleister Black would be a very redemptive moment for Murphy when considering their historic rivalry from 2019-2020.
