Willie Mack vs. Ace Austin (c) – X-Division Championship Match

The only title match of the night will come in the form of Willie Mack challenging Ace Austin for the X-Division Championship. After weeks of crossing paths and being caught up in each other’s issues, these two will do battle one-on-one for the first time.

Austin has held the title for over 180 days since Bound For Glory, while Willie Mack continues to impress with his solo performances ever since Rich Swann went down with an injury in January. If Austin retains, he’ll be on track to surpassing Swann’s reign at 194 days, which is something that could be used to add to this storyline.

Despite wanting Ace to retain, I have a feeling Mack could walk away with the gold in hand. At that rate, the show would be booked with a balanced ratio of heel to babyface wins (if my predictions are correct). Plus, I’m curious to see where Ace’s character goes following a title loss.

Prediction: Willie Mack wins the gold

Ken Shamrock vs. Sami Callihan – Unsanctioned Match

In the main event of Rebellion Night One, Hall of Fame inductee Ken Shamrock will have the daunting task of facing the ruthless Sami Callihan in what is sure to be a brutal Unsanctioned Match.

This match comes after Callihan revealed himself to be the mystery “ICU” hacker on Impact and social media. The story writes itself from there as to why Sami ruined Shamrock’s Hall of Fame induction announcement. And while it would’ve been fun to see this match go down on a “grander” stage, I think these two will thrive given the stipulation inside the empty arena.

Considering Callihan appears to be in a rebuilding/rebranding stage for his character, there’s no reason why he shouldn’t win here. Shamrock has racked up enough wins since returning to Impact. So, after a brutal battle, I’m positive Sami Callihan will be the last man standing.

Prediction: Sami Callihan conquers
