Fight or Drink?

In the middle of searching for Sammy Guevara, Hangman Page took a break and a detour to the stadium’s bar. Because it wouldn’t be our favorite alcoholic cowboy to just walk past a bar unattained.

Shortly after, he was joined by Jake Hager and it was in that moment that Page started his audition for the sequel to Road House (shoutout to Patrick Swayze, RIP).

“You came here to fight, or you came here to drink? Honestly, what’s the difference?” That sounds exactly like a line you’d hear in a Road House movie. Or, really, any cheesy 80’s action movie, quite frankly. Ronda Rousey better move over, because she’s got new competition for the lead part of the latest Road House remake.

Beyond Hangman’s acting aspirations (or lack there of) that I’ve made up in my head, the bar brawl itself between Hager and Hangman was just flat out fun. It even featured its own cheesy “slide the dude over the bar table” spot that we’ve seen in countless western movies with John Wayne.

Judas Effect to the mascot

Maybe this is just the bias in me talking as not-a-fan of the Jacksonville Jaguars, but the most pop worthy moment of the night came when Jaxson de Ville got his rocks clobbered.
