Here’s why Randy Orton should win at WWE Backlash 2020.

With the “Legend Killer” Randy Orton set for a rematch against the “Rated R” superstar Edge at WWE Backlash 2020, here are three reasons why Orton should their second match. This is highly essential to protect his credibility.

With Randy Orton set the face off against current rival, the “Rated R” superstar Edge, there’s been a lot of hype for their upcoming rematch as both performers are currently among the biggest stars in professional wrestling.

Despite being gone from action for almost nine years, Edge has once again established himself as a top babyface. With Edge garnering his first victory since being back when he defeated Orton back at Wrestlemania, here’s why Orton should take the second victory at Backlash.

Protecting Orton’s credibility

There’s nothing wrong with Edge being built as a threat against Orton despite being a part-time performer and being gone for a long time, however, beating him twice in a row doesn’t do Orton any favors. Orton needs a win back against Edge for fans to take him seriously moving forward. Especially considering he’s much more active on WWE programming rather than Edge.

Much like Edge, Orton is also built as a special attraction as he’s still a name-value to wrestling. Winning at Backlash will further protect that name-value.
