Marlon Brando may be thinking of his lines from ‘The Godfather’ after listening to the offer made by MVP to Shelton Benjamin because that is an offer that he can’t refuse. While he may get the opportunity at the title, it seems very unlikely that Apollo Crews is losing his title anytime soon. It would be a great idea to have Benjamin turn heel because the superstar is phenomenal in that role.
His previous run with the WWE is a testament to it, and if you were to take things into perspective, it would only favor Ali. Shelton Benjamin likes to pick a fight and that was evident when he stood in solidarity with Brock Lesnar on the road to WrestleMania 35 against Seth Rollins, which helped get him some time on TV.
This time around, it could go all the way, where he talks about a missed opportunity and getting fewer opportunities before Prince Ali makes his presence felt. Shelton wouldn’t appreciate the interruption and it could be the start of a new and good feud.
