Carmella is now “Untouchable” on WWE SmackDown with her new gimmick. Here are three wrestlers she could feud with in the near future.

For weeks, WWE had us intrigued as to who the new woman in the fur coat and high heels was. Fans wondered if Eva Marie or even NXT call-up Chelsea Green could be the new character on SmackDown, but after a bit, we eventually realized that it could only be Carmella.

And it is indeed Carmella with this “Untouchable” gimmick. We still haven’t seen her wrestle since late April when she beat Mandy Rose, but her first match with the new character should be coming soon.

So here are three feuds for the former (two-time) Money in the Bank winner.

Natalya

Natalya recently moved from Raw, and she would be an easy opponent for Carmella to get her feet wet with the new gimmick. It’s hard to guess if Nattie will be a face or a heel, but I have a feeling she will be a face. She’d have to be in order to feud with Mella, who is very clearly a heel.

I wouldn’t expect this to be a long feud, but Natalya could help Carmella have a great match or two on the road to getting her heel gimmick started on the right foot.

Bianca Belair

The most exciting opponent for Carmella would be Bianca Belair. While ‘Mella would certainly have to lose this feud – the though of her beating Belair cannot be seriously entertained, given the push Belair needs to have on Friday nights – she would still benefit from this as, say, her second or third rivalry with this character.

And that’s because working with Belair is a great opportunity. It’s an opportunity to try and hang with one of the best on the mic and in the ring. Feuding with Belair can help a heel generate a lot of heat, given how likable Belair is.

Billie Kay

It’s unfortunate Billie Kay was one of a few women who went undrafted this year, because I think she has a ton of talent and was a steal for SmackDown as an undrafted free agent.

Kay vs. Carmella could be a REALLY fun feud on SmackDown. Remember a few years ago when Carmella had a feud with Nikki Bella early in her career on the Blue Brand? That was a whole lot of fun, and I think Kay and Carmella has huge potential in terms of entertainment.

Because think about it. Both women are very charismatic and have a lot to prove. Kay is out to prove she can be a future women’s champion and shouldn’t be overshadowed by former tag partner Peyton Royce. Meanwhile, ‘Mella has been out of the picture for a bit and is now coming back into the forefront with a new gimmick. She absolutely wants that character to hit 100 percent and remind fans that she can be one of WWE’s best heels.
