Brock Lesnar made a shocking return to WWE last night at the SummerSlam pay-per-view in Las Vegas at Allegiant Stadium.

Lesnar, who had not been seen on WWE television since WrestleMania 36 in 2020, came out and confronted Universal Champion Roman Reigns. Reigns had just defeated John Cena in the main event to retain his championship.

‘The Beast Incarnate’ showcased a new look, with a beard and ponytail, and received an electric reception when he made his entrance. It appears that Lesnar will be returning as a babyface, challenging the ‘Head of the Table’. The two have met before, but this would be the first they would have collided with Reigns as the heel.

It is likely the two will face each other at the upcoming Crown Jewel event scheduled for October in Saudi Arabia.

Brock Lesnar is back!

It was a spectacular moment to cap off a newsworthy SummerSlam. ‘The Beast’ is back and is sporting a new look which is very welcomed indeed.

It looks like we’ll be getting Reigns vs. Lesnar very soon, and with this new dynamic, it should be a blockbuster match, with some very interesting promos. Will Lesnar speak now that he’s not with Heyman? It is certainly a change of direction for the usually reserved and emotionless monster. Of course, there is the Paul Heyman element involved too, who will no doubt play a vital role in the feud between the two.

Many have speculated this was reactionary by WWE, considering AEW’s move to bring CM Punk in on Friday during their AEW Rampage: The First Dance in Chicago. If that was the case, great! Lesnar brings something different and a unique aura like nobody else on the roster. Now as a babyface, we are very interested to see how this new Brock Lesnar handles himself and if the fans will get behind him.
