Jeff Hardy is officially All Elite!

One of the worst kept secrets since the start of AEW, Hardy made his official debut in the company during AEW Dynamite.

Matt Hardy found himself in a situation where he was attacked by the six members of the AFHO after they voted him out of the group. Darby Allin and Sting ran down to the ring to help, but their presence didn’t help event the odds. Then the classic Hardy Boyz theme music started and Jeff ran out to make the save.

Hardy was released from the company earlier this year after leaving mid-match during a WWE live event. The promotion responded by sending him home, replacing him the next night with Rey Mysterio. Days later, Hardy was cut from the company.

That wasn’t the end of the situation though. It was reported that the WWE attempted to bring Hardy back into the fold, offering him an induction into the WWE Hall of Fame. Hardy turned down the offer, instead of pushing the company to release his medicals to prove that he was cut due to any substance abuse. During that time, both the Hardy brothers were openly discussing returning to action together, with Hardy making it clear that he wanted to go to All Elite Wrestling.

Now, that moment has come true. Hardy, who is perpetually over with fans, made his presence felt during this segment and immediately creates several dream matches as the Hardy Boyz are back together for the first time since 2019.
