WWE SmackDown Results – March 11, 2022

A video recap was shown from WWE’s live event at Madison Square Garden where The Bloodline laid waste to WWE Champion Brock Lesnar.

We cross live to the arena as The Beast Incarnate made his entrance. Lesnar says for the last six days he’s looked in the mirror, as he shows his cut from the attack. Brock says he’s here for blood tonight. Brock doesn’t care about WrestleMania contracts or WWE titles and throws his WWE Championship out of the ring. He calls for Roman to come out to the ring and says he wants The Tribal Chief’s blood.

Paul Heyman then appears and tells Brock to take the temperature down. Heyman says Brock got bled by The Bloodline and smashed by The Tribal Chief. Heyman says that Roman Reigns is not here this evening. Brock tells Heyman to shut up. Brock says if Roman Reigns isn’t here tonight, then who’s going to protect Paul. Lesnar bolts out of the ring and chases after Heyman. A camera is shown backstage as security tried to stop Brock Lesnar. Paul Heyman is then shown exiting in a car from the venue.

Drew McIntyre headed to the ring for a six-man tag team match. However, Happy Corbin, Madcap Moss, Jinder Mahal and Shanky attacked The Viking Raiders backstage. All four men then headed out into the arena and attacked Drew McIntyre. Corbin got in Drew’s face as he was held down saying he was going to take his head off at WrestleMania. Drew eventually broke free, but Corbin exited the ring.

A video recap is shown of last week’s main event between Ronda Rousey and Sonya Deville. Ronda locked SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair in the Ankle Lock after the match.

Ronda Rousey made her way out to the ring. Ronda says Charlotte showed her ignorance last week when she called her a one-trick pony. Ronda says she’s been refining the Ankle Lock, which she learned from her first mentor in the ring, Kurt Angle. Ronda would like to force Charlotte to tap out to the move in three weeks and honour Angle. SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair then makes her way out.

Charlotte says their match at WrestleMania will be the biggest match of Ronda’s life. Charlotte says Ronda didn’t tap her out last week because she was wearing a suit and heels. Flair guarantees Ronda won’t be tapping her out on the biggest stage. Charlotte says there is a reason why she is the most decorated female WWE Superstar.
