Money in the Bank is one of the pillar PPVs for WWE throughout the year. Climbing the ladder and securing the briefcase is a major step in WWE developing new stars and finding a way to get well-known stars back into the title picture. It’s 2022 and that means another edition of the showcase event is coming to the WWE Universe.

This year’s edition of Money in the Bank is scheduled for Saturday, July 2 from the MGM Grand Arena in Paradise, Nevada. The event was originally scheduled to take place at Allegiant Stadium but was moved to the smaller MGM Arena. Some speculate that was due to competition from UFC 276 which is going on the same night at the T-Mobile Arena.
