Representation in professional wrestling remains a major talking point, as fans want to see more stars that represent their various demographics. The BW500 represents not only the top names in the industry but is an opportunity to help fans familiarize themselves with other wrestlers who haven’t reached mainstream status. The top of the list features the names fans will immediately recognize, including the EST of WWE as number one, Bianca Belair.

Belair is in the midst of a strong run as WWE Raw Women’s Champion. She’s held that tile for 163 days and counting, regaining the belt at WrestleMania 38 back in April. Along the way she’s defended gold against Sona Deville, Carmella, Asuka, and more recently Becky Lynch at SummerSlam.

The following round out the top ten:

  • Swerve Strickland
  • Bobby Lashley
  • Carmelo Hayes
  • Jonathan Gresham
  • Ricky Starks
  • Jade Cargill
  • AC Mack
  • Big E
  • Frontman JAH-C

The list was started back in 2019 and originally covered 250 wrestlers before expanding to the full 500 in 2020. Some of the most beloved, and well-known names in wrestling have been featured in the number one spot, including Sasha Banks and Trish Adora in 2020 and 2021, respectively.

The creator of the list, Righteous Reg of Grapsody took to Twitter to announce the list.

“They are just numbers. Rankings don’t matter,” Reg posted on social media. “Enjoy the celebration of that massive amount of talent.”
