Becky Lynch

What’s not to say about the greatness that is Becky Lynch? She’s achieved so much yet seems to be determined to continue building her legacy in wrestling. Many expect her to be Rhea Ripley’s big opponent for WrestleMania 40, which makes sense. Lynch is due for another WrestleMania main event slot, and the company continues to hint at this showdown. But with reports that Lynch’s deal is up in 2024, many wonder if she will remain with WWE or step outside the promotion that helped her become a huge name.

Imagine Lynch in All Elite Wrestling or if she takes a page out of Mercedes Mone’s book and makes her move over to Japan. Lynch could also be a big draw to IMPACT, an organization that has consistently highlighted the women’s division as a main attraction. There are several names in that company that could offer fresh matchups for Lynch and fans would certainly want to see what she’d do as a top star there. And of course, there’s AEW. If Tony Khan is truly changing his booking practices when it comes to the women’s division, Lynch is one that would be a great foundational pillar for this next phase. Lynch versus Britt Baker, Toni Storm, Jamie Hayter, Hikaru Shida, and many others are the exact type of matches fans would want to see.

Becky Lynch may very well go down as the greatest women’s wrestler of all time. She’s found a way to overcome the hurdles and judgements that were put in front of her, to become one of the biggest stars on the WWE roster. Expect every company to make a play for Lynch as her contract comes to a close in 2024.
