It is always something special when icons in professional wrestling reach out to help the generations coming behind them. Bayley is known as the “Role Model” on television, but she certainly plays that part behind the scenes as well. She held a women’s only seminar called Lodestone which brought in performers of all levels and across the industry. It can’t be said enough, but this is yet another reason why Bayley is one of the most important performers in the business.
Bayley initially announced the seminar back in October. She described it as a passion project, and offered the free event in Orlando, Florida on December 4 through 6. All participants had to do was to get to Florida and Bayley took care of everything else.
“This is the first time I’m doing something like this, and hopefully not the last,” Bayley said back in October.

Several WWE stars show up to Bayley’s independent seminar
After the reported success of the first event, do not be surprised if Lodestone continues and grows in the future. Multiple members of the WWE women’s roster showed up. The list of popular names who came and offered help included Charlotte Flair, Natalya, Lyra Valkyria, Bianca Belair, Roxanne Perez and others.
As if that wasn’t enough Hall-of-Fame talent showing up at a seminar for free, John Cena made an appearance and offered his time to help the participants. Bayley expressed major gratitude for Cena’s participation just days before his in-ring retirement.
“Thank you John Cena,” Bayley wrote on social media. “And as we're exactly one week away from his last match, John showed up today. Watched 10 women's matches, and spent 8 hours with us. LEGIT EIGHT HOURS. No conversation or piece of advice could've impacted me the way he did today, by just showing up. Not just for me, but for each person in that room. This meant the world. I'll always strive to be what John was today. THE GOAT.”

The seminar was not associated with WWE in any form, which speaks even more to Bayley’s effort going out of her way to put this on for the industry.
Bayley is set for a big match at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event when she takes on Sol Ruca in a main roster versus NXT showcase match.
