WWE’s Worst Finishers: Cena, Khali and More
WWE.com
One of my favorite parts of watching WWE is seeing a wrestler’s finishing maneuver. It’s designed to signify that the match is over (though in the last decade or so that’s changed a bit). It’s meant to be impactful, mesmerizing and exciting. Then, we’ve got some horribly weak finishers that make us wonder if they would even hurt all that much.

In the past, we’ve had some decidedly horrible finishers, like the bearhug. Don’t get me wrong — having a massive man squeeze the life out of me would hurt, but why can’t I just gouge his eyes out while my hands are basically sitting on his face? I know, we can’t use too much logic in dealing with professional wrestling, but I still need just a little bit of reality to keep me happy.
How about that dastardly leg drop by Hulk Hogan? Ouch, right? At least with that, we knew the match was over. It meant more because when he hit it, even though it was never impressive to see, that the immortal Hogan had defied the odds again. Let’s look at some of the worst finishers the current crop has to offer.
For the sake of this list, we’re leaving the Divas out.
